I’ve had a couple purchases here. One online and one in person. It’s a three hour drive for me to CSC, but it’s well worth it. Excellent stock. High end components. And they’ll always stay on top of online order fulfillment. Highly recommend!

I recently completed the PAL course at the Calgary Shooting Centre. I booked my appointment over the phone only to soon realize the dates I booked wouldn’t work with my schedule. I went the next day to see what could be done and Kevin at the front desk was more than accommodating.
My instructor was Mr. Andres Gonzalez and he was very informative while also keeping the class entertained. He has a great sense of humour however, he balances this with knowledge and the importance of safety.
At no point did I feel that he was moving too quickly through the teaching as Andres always made certain that everyone in the class was comfortable and understood the lessons before moving on.

Had a blast at this awesome shooting center. Staff are amazing! Shout out to Blake for being professional, knowledgeable, friendly and super cool! Thanks man! This is the place to go if you want to try shooting for the first time.
Super friendly employees who will make your experience comfortable and special, they’re also there to make sure you are shooting safely.
Price is about $180 for two people and you can pick up to 3 guns to try. You don’t need a license to shoot. It’s a lot of fun.
Definitely will recommend this to friends and will come back again.
It's a large store and the range is great.
I don't see many sales on often though. My last visit, the staff were pretty busy conversing and didn't make much time for me. It made me feel like shopping elsewhere.
Someone always has the gun you want online, maybe for cheaper, so if the customer service is lacking what's the point of going in really.

Second experience tried to call the store several times this weekend and couldn't get through to confirm they have something in stock. My email request went unaddressed as well. Really unimpressed with the customer service here and have ordered online from a different retailer. Unlikely that I will return.
I bought a barrel, stock, receiver and trigger and spent a couple grand. I couldn't get the trigger to reset so I emailed them. The president replied and I was at the range trying to get everything to work. I called him and he was more interested in telling me all the things he couldn't do for me than knowing the details of the problem. I love the shipping speed and the website, but not a huge fan of being talked down to. I was as polite as I could possibly be. I don't know the proper part names or much about gun parts in general but because i confused cycling with the trigger resetting he felt the need to emphasize my lack of knowledge. If you just want to buy something and don't need support then this is a great place to shop. But if you need support, good luck because he will be too busy talking down to you due to your lack of knowledge of firearms to be bothered to help. I apologized for bothering him and took the problem into my own hands.
For my first time shooting a gun, I had a great time at this range! The staff were super helpful and friendly, and they really give you the time of day that makes you feel welcome. I would recommend this range to anyone looking to have a good time shooting guns
